Qualifications

• Must be fluent in spoken, reading and written English & Spanish (Bilingual).
• Experience overseeing security screening and access control operations.
• Proven ability to supervise staff, schedule assignments and enforce standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, including scheduling assignments and overseeing employee performance.
• Oversee screening and access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure secure entry.
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate screening personnel; provide training and enforce compliance with security standards.
• Conduct security inspections including ID verifications, bag checks, and body scans.
• Respond to and document security incidents, alarms, and emergencies with management.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily operations, incidents, and inspections for compliance.
