Menzies Aviation is seeking a part-time Customer Service Agent at Miami International Airport, Florida. You will check in passengers, verify documents, assign seats, and provide gate information while assisting travelers with issues at the airport.

Responsabilités

• Check in passengers at the ticket counter and gates; verify documents; assign seats; provide gate information; assist passengers with issues in the airport.
• Host self-service kiosks and verify passengers’ documents prior to boarding aircraft.
• Interpret identification labels along with baggage and cargo routing.
• Ensure that all work areas are organized and functional (check-in, lobby, gate, baggage).
• Make announcements, check baggage, and assist passengers in the gate area.
