Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, seeks an AI Process Innovation Manager to design, deploy, and scale Agentic AI workflows within the SEA Process Innovation Group. You will translate business use cases into production AI systems that improve care service quality and efficiency.

The role collaborates with Korea HQ counterparts and SEA stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within scope, bridging AI technology and business operations while on-site in Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in software development, process automation, or AI/ML implementation.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, OpenAI SDK).
• Experience designing MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and API integrations.
• Strong API development and integration skills: REST, GraphQL, OAuth2/JWT.
• Experience with vector/relational databases and cloud AI services.
• Korean language proficiency preferred for collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Agentic AI Development: design, build, and deploy multi-agent AI workflows and orchestration for production care use cases.
• AI Use Case Discovery & Implementation: identify and prioritize AI use cases with business stakeholders and lead full lifecycle.
• MCP Server Development: develop MCP servers exposing data and capabilities to agents.
• API & System Integration: build and maintain API integrations with internal systems and external services.
• Database Design & Management: design databases and vector stores for real-time AI inference.
• Low-Code Automation: develop automation using Power Platform or equivalent.
• Environment Configuration: set up AI environments with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring.
• Process Analysis & Improvement: map as-is processes and translate to AI-to-be designs.
• Quality Assurance & Governance: establish evaluation frameworks and monitor model performance.
