Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator Substitute to support after-school programs at Heredia-Arriaga Dual Immersion School in California. This on-call, part-time role involves planning daily activities, guiding curriculum, and maintaining a safe, engaging environment for children after school hours.

The ideal candidate brings customer service excellence, teamwork, and at least 1 year of experience with children under 13. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; ability to lift 25 lbs is required.

• Attend daily program meetings and review goals and progress
• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum aligned with program objectives

• Prioritize safety and joy; document attendance, incidents, and observations
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel
