Job summary

Solari Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Aria, a 75-unit housing community in Los Angeles, CA. Under the Regional Manager, you’ll oversee operations, administration, and on-site staff to ensure stabilized fiscal performance.

You’ll supervise the community team, handle reports, maintain resident files, process applicants, and manage relationships with HUD/ TCAC and local agencies. A California driver’s license, auto insurance, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in property management.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Experience with Section 8.
• Experience managing inspections (HUD, TCAC, and City inspections).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable transportation.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community team members.
• Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Maintain resident files in compliance with procedures and funding agency regulations.
• Process applicants and lease units by following Resident Selection Criteria.
• Maintain relationships with HUD, TCAC, and local agencies.
• Conduct regular follow-up inspections on maintenance, grounds, and common areas.
• Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts.
