Job summary

Solari Enterprises, Inc. seeks a full-time, non-exempt Community Manager for a Desert Hot Springs, CA community. You will report to a Regional manager and handle all on-site operations, including administration, rent collection, and occupancy maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in property management, supervisory experience, and strong knowledge of Fair Housing, HUD/TCAC/City inspections. Proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook and a California driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years property management experience.
• Experience in supervising personnel.
• Working knowledge of Low Income Housing Credit and Fair Housing.
• General knowledge of fair housing.
• Experience with HUD, TCAC and City inspections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and general computer skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable transportation.
• Valid California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site personnel.
• Complete reports related to the status of the community.
• Maintain resident files in compliance with policy and funding rules.
• Process applicants to maintain 100% occupancy.
• Oversee maintenance, unit inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Collect rents and address delinquencies.
