Job summary

Solari Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager for Metro at Florence, a 160-unit affordable housing community in Los Angeles, CA. You will oversee on-site staff, manage leasing, and ensure regulatory compliance across HUD/TCAC inspections and funding guidelines.

Qualified candidates bring 2–5 years in property management, experience supervising teams, and strong communication skills. Spanish/English bilingual abilities and a California driver’s license are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in property management.
• Experience supervising staff members.
• Experience with Section 8.
• Experience with HUD/TCAC and City inspections.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all community team members.
• Complete weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Maintain resident files in compliance with management and funding agency regulations.
• Process applicants and lease units following Resident Selection Criteria.
• Maintain relationships with local government agencies (HUD, TCAC, etc.).
• Conduct regular follow-up inspections on maintenance, grounds, and common areas.
• Collect rents and handle delinquent accounts.
