Ideal Home Care is seeking a bilingual Admissions Advisor to guide prospective students through enrollment. You will conduct one-on-one sessions, deliver presentations, and help students create personalized academic plans.

This in-person role emphasizes teamwork and a strong customer-service mindset, with opportunities to grow through training and ongoing development. Location is Islandia, NY with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Excellent customer service with authentic, clear communication.
• Strong sales abilities and ability to connect with people.
• Effective public speaking skills for presentations and workshops.
• Comfort with video communication and willingness to train for it.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for prospective students during enrollment.
• Conduct one-on-one advising sessions to assess goals and plan.
• Deliver presentations/workshops to groups in person or via Zoom.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth enrollment transitions.
• Recruit new students at fairs, tours, and outreach events.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM software.
