Job summary

Empire State University seeks a Bilingual Admissions Counselor to guide prospective and admitted students through the College of Business programs, including the Spanish BBA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited US university or comparable non-US university.
• At least 2 years in higher education, admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, student services, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, with ability to counsel in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual admissions counseling for prospective, applicants, and admitted students.
• Guide applicants through admissions requirements, applications, orientation, and first-term enrollment.
• Respond to calls, emails, and appointments with timely, student-centered information.
