Job description

The Louisville branch Administrative Assistant oversees the general administrative functions and activities of the Louisville office and acts as an HR, Safety and Corporate Recruiter liaison.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Follows Mission, Vision, Values
  • Oversees the daily activities of the office
  • Performs general clerical and secretarial duties as requested which may include printing job packets, timesheets, DVIRs, daily huddle, receipts, mail distribution, etc.
  • Conducts scheduling coordination of interviews, new hire onboarding in accordance with HR processes
  • Schedules and tracks 30-,60, and 90-day reviews for new hires and temporary employees
  • Manages Louisville Crew Attendance Program with tracking, communication and coordination
  • Responds to and resolves human resource, safety and recruiting inquiries by coordinating with the HR manager, Safety manager and Corporate Recruiter
  • Assist with reviews and discipline of teammates in accordance with company policy including scheduling and documenting
  • Assists with the quality control program working with the QA Coordinator and VP of Louisville Operations including daily review, proper job type and descriptions
  • Assist in the onboarding and tracking of temporary employees working with the Corporate Recruiter
  • Assists with the Inventory Program including inventory status and shop organization oversight
  • Responsible for office organization and cleaning
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
Education and Experience:
  • Valid Driver’s License or State ID
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time
