Job summary

Sunny Unite Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Bilingual Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting, cash management, banking, and financial recordkeeping. The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin for communication with clients, vendors, banks, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include QuickBooks Online entries, payments, reconciliation, month-end close, and audits. On-site in Los Angeles, with full-time employment and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin required for communication with clients and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience with a U.S.-based company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record daily cash, bank transactions, and deposits in QuickBooks Online.
• Process payments, vendor invoices, and reimbursements with accuracy.
• Assist month-end close and year-end audits with supporting documents.
