Qualifications

• 3–5 years of accounting experience with US-based or multinational companies.
• Experience with Month-End Close, Year-End Close, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting LATAM operations is preferred.
• CPA certification or equivalent is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions per US GAAP and company policies.
• Coordinate Month-End Close and Year-End Close activities for timely reporting.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, GL reconciliations, and analyses.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and analyses for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with US accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements; support LATAM as needed.
• Maintain organized accounting records for audits and inquiries.
• Support audits with documentation and respond to requests.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Operations, and cross-functional teams for accuracy.
