Job summary

Touch Support, a multinational Business Process Optimization company based in the United States, is seeking a qualified accounting professional for a fully remote role. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of two years' accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct) and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts
• Process payroll fortnightly and perform related month-end reconciliations
• Prepare month-end financial statements and balance sheet reconciliations
• Handle invoices, accounts payable/receivable and business expenses
• Verify balances, rectify discrepancies and manage vendor communications

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts;
• Process fortnightly payroll and all associated month-end reconciliations for payroll;
• Prepare month-end financial statements and perform general ledger reviews and balance sheet reconciliations;
• Prepare, verify, and process financial documents, including invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and business expenses;
• Verify balances in account books, rectify discrepancies, and manage day-to-day financial transactions and vendor communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;
• At least two years of relevant accounting and bookkeeping experience;
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal;
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines;
• Detail-oriented and driven to meet expectations;
• Proactive problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, PointClickCare, Sage Intacct);
• Availability to work US business hours (7 AM - 3 PM CDT).
