Total Quality Logistics in Wisconsin is seeking a Bilingual Account Representative to join an award-winning logistics team. No experience required; you will start in an accelerated training program to learn the industry and build a career with growth potential.

You will support the sales team, manage shipments, negotiate pricing, and provide exceptional customer service for cross-border Mexico shipments, working in a fast-paced, in-office environment with uncapped commission and a $40,000

Qualifications

• Bilingual with Spanish and English proficiency.

• College degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain relationships.
• Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Input, update and manage shipment information in our systems.
• Collaborate with the support team to ensure each shipment is serviced properly.
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.
