Job summary

Total Quality Logistics located in Troy, MI is seeking a Bilingual Account Representative to join an accelerated training program and grow revenue for customers with cross-border shipping needs. This in-office role focuses on building relationships, solving complex logistics challenges, and delivering excellent customer service from day one.

You will work with a high-energy team, participate in a structured training track, and earn a base salary with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain relationships for Mexico cross-border shipping needs.
• Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing daily shipments and resolving issues to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Input, update and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems.
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.

About the role

The Bilingual Account Representative role at TQL is an opportunity to build a career with a logistics industry leader that offers an award-winning culture and high earning potential with uncapped commission. More than just an entry level sales role, you will be responsible for supporting and working with an established sales team to identify areas of opportunity with their customers to drive revenue. No experience necessary; you will start your career in an accelerated training program to learn the logistics industry. Once training is complete, you focus on growing new and existing business by presenting TQL customers with our transportation services and handling freight issues 24/7/365.

What you'll be doing
