Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking a Bilingual Account Representative in Charleston, SC. You will support an established sales team, grow new and existing business, and learn the logistics industry through an accelerated training program.

The role offers a $45,000 minimum annual salary plus an uncapped commission opportunity; 100% in-office with a fast-paced, high-energy environment and a strong leadership track.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the sales team and customers to maintain relationships for Mexico cross-border shipping.
• Manage shipments end-to-end, resolve issues to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Collaborate with sales to provide and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Input and manage shipment information in our systems.
• Collaborate with support to ensure each shipment is serviced properly.
• Assist with billing and accounting as needed.

About the role

The Bilingual Account Representative role at TQL is an opportunity to build a career with a logistics industry leader that offers an award-winning culture and high earning potential with uncapped commission. More than just an entry level sales role, you will be responsible for supporting and working with an established sales team to identify areas of opportunity with their customers to drive revenue. No experience necessary; you will start your career in an accelerated training program to learn the logistics industry. Once training is complete, you focus on growing new and existing business by presenting TQL customers with our transportation services and handling freight issues 24/7/365.

What you'll be doing

• Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers that have Mexico cross-border shipping needs
• Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on timeWork with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing
• Input, update and manage shipment information in our state‑of‑the‑art systems
• Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
