Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Nashville, TN is seeking a Bilingual Account Representative to support an established sales team. No experience is required; you will begin with an accelerated training program and then focus on growing new and existing business by presenting transportation services and handling freight issues 24/7/365.

You will work in a high-energy, in-office setting with uncapped commission potential and a clear leadership track.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain relationships for Mexico cross-border shipping.
• Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Input, update and manage shipment information in state-of-the-art systems.
• Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly.
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.

About the role

The Bilingual Account Representative role at TQL is an opportunity to build a career with a logistics industry leader that offers an award-winning culture and high earning potential with uncapped commission. You will be responsible for supporting and working with an established sales team to identify opportunities with customers to drive revenue. No experience is required; you will start your career in an accelerated training program to learn the logistics industry. Once training is complete, you will focus on growing new and existing business by presenting TQL customers with our transportation services and handling freight issues 24/7/365.
