Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Bilingual Account Representative to join our fast-paced team. You start in an accelerated training program to learn the logistics industry, then focus on growing new and existing business by presenting transportation services and resolving freight issues 24/7/365.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain relationships with customers that have Mexico cross-border shipping needs.
• Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time.
• Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Input, update and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems.
• Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly.
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.
