Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Erlanger, KY is seeking a Bilingual Account Representative to join an in-office team. You will support the sales group, nurture key customer relationships, and help grow revenue with Mexico cross-border shipments.

No experience required; you will enter an accelerated training program and advance to handling ongoing freight issues 24/7/365. You will collaborate with the sales team to quote competitive pricing, manage shipments from start to finish, and input data

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• College degree preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain relationships for Mexico cross-border shipping
• Manage projects from start to finish and oversee shipments, resolving issues to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing
• Input, update and manage shipment information in our systems
• Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed

About the role:

The Bilingual Account Representative role at TQL is an opportunity to build a career with a logistics industry leader that offers an award-winning culture and high earning potential with uncapped commission. More than just an entry level sales role, you will be responsible for supporting and working with an established sales team to identify areas of opportunity with their customers to drive revenue. No experience necessary; you will start your career in an accelerated training program to learn the logistics industry. Once training is complete, you focus on growing new and existing business by presenting TQL customers with our transportation services and handling freight issues 24/7/365.
