Job summary

TQL is seeking a Bilingual Account Representative in Columbus, OH. This entry-to-mid level role offers an accelerated training program to learn the logistics industry and grow with a proven sales team.

You will handle Mexico cross-border shipments, service customers, and support billing and operations in a fast-paced, in-office environment. You will start with a $40,000 minimum annual salary plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Support and work with an established sales team to identify opportunities with customers.

• Input and manage shipment information in the system; assist with billing as needed.

What you'll be doing:

• Communicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships with customers that have Mexico cross-border shipping needs.
• Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing daily shipments and resolving issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time.
• Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Input, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems.
• Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly.
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.
