YQN Logistics Co. is seeking a full-time on-site logistics coordinator in Fontana, CA. You will ensure smooth freight processes, track shipments, and maintain accurate data in our systems while coordinating with customers and suppliers to meet delivery schedules.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills, with professional proficiency in English and Mandarin. Prior freight forwarding experience is preferred and a passion for logistics is essential.

• Experience using computers and logistics software for inventory and communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating system.
• Track and trace shipments as required.
• Utilize Process Monitors and Workflows daily.
• Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers.
• Prepare and send documents to customers or brokers for customs.
