Peak Performers is recruiting a specialized cohort of 8 bilingual Representatives to assist active clients with ACA Marketplace plan navigation, insurance verification, and application support during the upcoming open enrollment period in Austin, TX.

You will conduct outbound calls, verify coverage, and help with plan activations, ensuring uninterrupted access to medications and health insurance for eligible residents.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience: Background in ACA Marketplace insurance navigation, health insurance eligibility, medical billing, or case management.
• Technical Skills: Genesys; MS Excel and Word.
• Core Competencies: Data entry accuracy, HIPAA compliance, attendance reliability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using Genesys to assist active clients with ACA Marketplace plan review, selection and enrollment.
• Verify insurance policies, check coverage details, and confirm plan activations to ensure medication access.
• Log case notes and process applications across state databases (TCT and Ramsell) post-enrollment.
• Maintain attendance during training and peak enrollment periods.

Make a tangible difference in your community this open enrollment season by helping individuals maintain access to essential health coverage and life-saving prescription assistance programs. We are recruiting a specialized cohort of 8 Bilingual Representatives to assist active clients with ACA Marketplace plan navigation, insurance verification, and application support during the upcoming open enrollment period.

The Team You Will Be Joining

You will be supporting a major Texas state health agency dedicated to protecting public health, supporting disease prevention initiatives, and expanding access to vital medical services. You’ll be working within a specialized medication assistance program unit that directly manages prescription support services, ensuring eligible residents across Texas receive uninterrupted access to essential medications and health insurance coverage.

Major Duties

• Conduct outbound calls using Genesys telecom systems to assist active clients with ACA Marketplace plan review, selection and enrollment.
• Quickly verify insurance policies, check coverage details, and confirm plan activations to eliminate gaps in medication access.
• Execute post-enrollment follow-up calls regarding medication ordering while logging case notes and processing applications across state databases (TCT and Ramsell).
• Maintain consistent attendance – especially during mandatory training – to support high volume operations during peak open enrollment.

Required Background & Experience

• Bilingual: Native or professional fluency in Spanish and English (written/spoken).
• Experience: Background in ACA Marketplace insurance navigation, health insurance eligibility, medical billing, or case management.
• Technical Skills: Experience handling call volume via telecom systems (Genesys preferred); Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
• Core Competencies: High data entry accuracy, strict compliance with public health privacy/ HIPAA laws, and strong attendance reliability.

Exciting Opportunity Details

• Rate: $28.00 per hour.
• Length of Engagement: 4 months – September 1, 2026 – January 31, 2027.
• Location: On-site Austin, TX 78753 (Howard Ln. / North Austin).
• Days/Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Note: (Shift adjusts to 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with required Saturday overtime during Peak Enrollment, Nov 1 – Jan 15).
