Job summary

Peak Performers is recruiting 8 Bilingual Representatives to assist active clients with ACA Marketplace plan navigation, insurance verification, and application support during the upcoming open enrollment period.

Based in Austin, TX, the role runs 4 months with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at $28.00 per hour. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English and have ACA insurance navigation experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written/spoken).
• Experience with ACA Marketplace insurance navigation or health insurance eligibility.
• Proficiency with telecom systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist ACA Marketplace plan review, selection and enrollment for active clients.
• Verify insurance policies and confirm plan activations to ensure medication access.
• Log case notes and process applications across state databases (TCT and Ramsell).
• Maintain attendance during training and peak enrollment periods.
