Job summary

Peak Performers in Austin, TX is recruiting 8 Bilingual Representatives to assist active clients with ACA Marketplace navigation, insurance verification, and enrollment support during open enrollment.

You will conduct outbound calls using Genesys, verify coverage, log case notes, and process applications across state databases. This four-month assignment offers hourly pay and on-site work during peak enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in ACA Marketplace insurance navigation or health enrollment.
• Proficient with Genesys telecom systems and MS Excel/Word.
• Strong data entry accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
• Reliable attendance, able to train during peak enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to assist active clients with ACA plan review and enrollment.
• Verify insurance policies, coverage details, and confirm plan activations.
• Log case notes and process applications across state databases.
• Maintain attendance during training and peak enrollment periods.
