Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site client assistance in person and by phone.
• Help clients enroll in Marketplace health insurance and tax credits.
• Educate clients on Marketplace applications and plan options.
• Use email, Healthcare.gov, REDCap, RingCentral and other systems.
• Support Health Coverage client services and scheduling.
