Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT). You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, helping build communication, social and independence skills with hands-on training and mentorship from a BCBA.

You will collect data on treatment goals, collaborate with a supervising BCBA, and share strategies and progress updates with families. Flexible afternoons/evenings and some weekends are preferred; reliable transportation is

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation necessary.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.
