Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism, delivering ABA therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training.

Part-time, mostly afternoons/evenings, in Piscataway, NJ, with supervision from a BCBA and opportunities to grow within a supportive team. Requires reliable transportation and after-school/weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided)
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates
