Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes in Newark, NJ. You’ll help develop communication, social, and independence skills under BCBA supervision.

This part-time position offers flexible afternoons/evenings, with training provided and opportunities for ongoing supervision. Join a team committed to family-centered care and positive outcomes for kids and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
