Job summary

Nurture & Nature ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in California. The role offers hourly pay with BA/MA-based tiered rates, and Armenian bilingual preferred for client communication.

You will work under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized ABA services in-home, school, and community settings. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and promoting skill development while maintaining ethical, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (BA/BS) or Master’s (MA/MS) degree required.
• 2 years of ABA experience under BCBA supervision required.
• Preferred fields: Psychology, ABA, Education, Child Development, Social Work or related human services.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized programs designed by a BCBA.
• Use ABA strategies: NET, DTT, PRT, FCT and behavior reduction.
• Collect accurate session data (ABC data, frequency, duration).
• Collaborate with caregivers and clinical team to ensure consistency.
