Job summary

ABS Kids is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians in California. Earn a bilingual premium for Spanish/English sessions and a $500–$1,000 bonus based on experience. We offer flexible shifts (various 8:00am–7:00pm windows) and pathways to RBT certification with on-the-job training.

Paid drive time/mileage, 401(k) with company match, and PTO accrue with hours worked as part of a supportive team that helps children with autism reach real-world goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs
• Fluent in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Willingness to learn our data collection software and basic office tools

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child
• Use ABA therapy to teach real-life skills
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills
• Get up and down off floor often, move quickly
