Job summary

BridgePrep Academy Polk County in Davenport, FL seeks a 3rd–5th Grade Spanish Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year to lead dual-language instruction in a Spanish immersion setting. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive base salary with ESOL and Master’s supplements.

You will design engaging lessons, assess language progress, collaborate with grade teams, and communicate with families to support culturally responsive learning.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• Certification: Florida Educator Certificate in Spanish (K–12) or World Languages., or eligible
• Background: Ability to pass Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening.
• Preferred: Native or near-native Spanish language fluency; prior immersion program experience.
