Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field.
• Valid Florida Teaching Certificate in English (Grades 6–12) or eligible.
• Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, secondary ELA lessons focused on literature analysis, writing, rhetoric, and state standards mastery.
• Maintain a structured, respectful classroom environment; differentiate instruction for ESE, 504, and ELL scholars through required accommodations.
• Participate in weekly coaching and PD; submit lesson plans and student data on time; maintain regular family communication.
