Job summary

BridgePrep Academy Osceola in St. Cloud, FL seeks a dedicated Middle-High School Spanish Teacher to deliver standards-aligned instruction and foster language immersion, culture appreciation, and a student-centered learning environment.

You will plan engaging lessons, differentiate for diverse learners, participate in weekly coaching and PD, and collaborate with families while upholding Florida World Language standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate in World Language - Spanish (Grades K-12) or Elementary Education with Spanish proficiency.
• Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.
• Native or near-native Spanish fluency; ESOL Endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive Spanish lessons focused on language acquisition, conversation, foundational literacy, and cultural awareness.
• Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment; differentiate instruction to support diverse learning styles and language proficiency levels.

Culture & Support: Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment; differentiate instruction to support diverse learning styles and language proficiency levels.

Collaboration & Compliance: Participate in weekly coaching and PD; submit lesson plans and student data on time; maintain open communication with families.

Key Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
