BridgePrep Academy Osceola is seeking a dedicated Elementary Spanish Teacher to deliver engaging, standards-aligned language instruction. Partner with SMART Management in our mission to provide a student-centered academic experience enriched by Spanish language immersion, technology, and cultural appreciation.
Instruction: Plan and deliver interactive elementary Spanish lessons focused on language acquisition, conversation, foundational literacy, and cultural awareness.
Culture & Support: Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment; differentiate instruction to support diverse learning styles and language proficiency levels.
Collaboration & Compliance: Participate in weekly coaching and PD; submit lesson plans and student data on time; maintain open communication with families.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
Certification: Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate in World Language - Spanish (Grades K-12) or Elementary Education with Spanish proficiency.
Clearance: Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.
Preferred: Native or near-native Spanish fluency; prior elementary language teaching experience; ESOL Endorsement.
