Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor for our Aurora, CO facility to oversee safe, quality production and adherence to GMP, SQF and HACCP standards. You will lead up to 80 team members per shift, coordinate changeovers, and ensure timely, compliant outputs while driving efficiency and waste reduction.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, good communication, and flexibility to work the shifts and weekends as needed. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising manufacturing teams.
• Familiar with SQF, HACCP and GMP practices.
• Good communication; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Able to operate in a loud environment and meet schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 80 people per shift and manage rotations.
• Train staff to meet food safety and quality standards.
• Operate equipment safely within assigned area.
• Coordinate startup, shutdown, and changeovers.
• Minimize overtime without compromising needs.
• Track waste and drive efficiency improvements.
• Maintain timely production records and logs.
• Review and sign-off on production labels.
• Display strong work ethic and teamwork on floor.
• Keep areas clean and uphold GMP policy.
• Ensure work complies with specs and instructions.
• Enforce dress code and personal hygiene.
• Schedule shift meetings with Production Manager.
