Job summary

Dessert Holdings, North America's fastest-growing premium dessert company, is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor at our Aurora, CO facility. You will oversee the production of safe, high-quality desserts and guide a large team to meet standards and deadlines.

You will train line workers on food safety and GMP requirements, coordinate start-ups and changeovers, monitor waste, and ensure accurate production records while maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of quality systems (SQF/HACCP/GMP).
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct up to 80 people per shift, managing rotations, training, and breaks to meet safety and quality standards.
• Train and coach line workers to uphold food safety and quality.
• Coordinate startup, shutdown, and changeovers of production lines.
