This role supports both in-store and remote rider needs, driving service excellence and store profitability. You should bring bike shop or mechanic experience, strong communication, and a passion for cycling.

Qualifications

• Passion for cycling and knowledge of Specialized brand required.
• Bike shop / bike mechanic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and rider interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist riders with service needs and options from the service menu.
• Perform in-store maintenance, tune-ups, and repair work.
• Provide exceptional rider service and support sales when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper service documentation.
