Pacific Federal Management (PFM) is seeking a bid writer responsible for identifying bid opportunities, developing winning strategies, and crafting persuasive proposals. You will collaborate with project managers, estimators, and senior personnel to ensure quality and timely submissions.

The role emphasizes writing clarity, compliance with contract requirements, and maintaining the bid library, with opportunities to create diagrams and process maps to enhance responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or another relevant discipline is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or English is required.
• Experience as a bid writer is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop bid strategies, competitive advantages and win themes.
• Craft persuasive and detailed proposals.
• Coordinate responses of other business departments where appropriate.
• Ensure bid narratives are consistent, well-written and error-free.
• Review and edit bid material for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop supporting materials like diagrams or process maps for bids.
