BeneCard PBF is seeking a Proposal Writer to manage and lead RFP projects, developing strategic and client-focused proposal content for diverse audiences. This role collaborates with Proposal, Sales, Business Informatics, Underwriting, and Pricing teams to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2+ years in PBM proposal work, strong editing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of PBM or related proposal experience.
• Strong writing/editing and client-focused content development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, and other proposal deliverables.
• Create strategically positioned content for varied client audiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional input and manage proposals to deadlines.
• Support sales with targeted strategies to enhance competitive advantage.
• Maintain project plans, follow up communications, and reporting.
