Job summary

The role emphasizes analysis, contract knowledge, and collaboration with Project Management, Legal, and customers to drive growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong time‑management, organization, and self‑motivation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong technical acumen.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration or Engineering.
• Preferred: Analytical, negotiation, and contracting knowledge with government contracts.
• Preferred: Ability to analyze cost estimates and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bids are responsive, competitive, and fully compliant.
• Manage proposals from inquiry through negotiations and submission.
• Learn Terms & Conditions and FAR/DFARS requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Legal, and customers during bids.
• Participate in contract negotiations.
• Review purchase orders and related agreements.
• Build customer relationships and identify new quotation opportunities.
• Analyze bid specifications and identify risks, proposing mitigations.
• Learn estimating processes for timely bid submission.
