Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 3+ years of admin experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Adobe Suite.
• Ability to coordinate bids and maintain bid files.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and submit detailed bid files from start to finish.
• Provide admin support including scheduling and correspondence.
• Assist with preparation, review and submittal of bids and RFIs.
• Proofread bid materials and ensure brand guideline adherence.
• Maintain confidentiality of documents and meetings.
• Manage distribution of department materials.
