Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Bid / Proposal Coordinator in West Chester, PA to manage RFPs and RFIs from receipt to submission.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with Enterprise Sales, Pricing, and Operations teams. You will coordinate bid opportunities, track milestones, and ensure timely, accurate submissions while identifying process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or pricing and bid coordination.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary coordinator for incoming RFPs, RFIs, and customer questionnaires.
• Review opportunities to identify requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Access and manage bid platforms to retrieve opportunities and distribute docs.
• Coordinate completion of RFPs, RFIs, and other customer documentation with Sales, Pricing, Operations, and subject matter experts.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Representatives and Pricing Analysts to align bid strategies and pricing.
• Track milestones and proactively communicate deadlines, deliverables, and submission status.
• Assist with entry and tracking of bid opportunities, pricing requests, and customer information in Salesforce.
• Maintain records, reporting, and documentation for all bid activities.
• Support onboarding activities by coordinating with Enterprise Sales, Operations, and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve bid processes, workflows, and reporting.
• Perform other Sales Operations responsibilities and projects as assigned
