Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Bid & Proposal Manager to coordinate the development and submission of compliant, competitive bids across multiple regions, including government contracts.

You will lead cross-functional teams, draft content, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage the bid lifecycle from pre-award to post-award, while collaborating with legal, finance, and pricing to optimize profitability and win rates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of bid and proposal coordination experience.
• Experience with government contracts and multi-region bids preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams to respond to high-value bid opportunities.
• Draft, review, and manage compliant bid content and submissions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Pricing for approvals and pricing.
• Track deadlines, Q&A, site visits, and addenda.
• Support post-award compliance and reporting.
