Triwill Group, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Proposal & Bid Manager to lead enterprise and government contract opportunities in the United States.

You will own the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and procurement questionnaires, coordinating stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Technology, Security, and Compliance.

The role emphasizes strategic writing, process development, and scalable content to win business in enterprise and public-sector markets.

Qualifications

• This role leads complex proposal and bid processes across enterprise, mid-market, government, and public-sector opportunities.
• You will own the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, tenders, procurement questionnaires, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Acting as a central project manager, you will coordinate Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, Technology, Security, Compliance, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
• You will transform complex technical, commercial, and compliance information into compelling, customer-specific proposals designed to win business.
• The role combines strategic commercial thinking with exceptional writing, organization, and project leadership.
• You will also build scalable proposal processes, content libraries, and performance frameworks to support continued growth in enterprise and government markets.
