Job summary

McKee Utility Contractors is seeking a detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to support the estimating team in Prague, Oklahoma. The role involves contacting vendors for quotes, organizing bid documents, and maintaining bid data in HCSS HeavyBid.

You will manage multiple deadlines, communicate with suppliers, and assist with bid packages to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Office-based with limited travel, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in construction estimating support or bid coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word; willingness to learn HCSS HeavyBid.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and track vendor/subcontractor quotes for bids.
• Distribute bid documents and specifications to bidders.
• Maintain bid information and folders; update bid status and deadlines.
• Assist estimators with bid forms, spreadsheets, and supporting docs.
• Ensure bid packages are complete and submitted on time.
