Performance Food Group (New) is seeking an entry-level contracts/accounting support specialist in Elizabeth, NJ. You will maintain bid logs, assist with pricing analyses, and coordinate contract-related documents in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role involves data entry, basic accounting tasks, and collaboration with sales and vendors to ensure timely bid processing and accurate delivery coordination. A recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year in accounting support is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 6 - 12 Months Accounting, accounting admin support or related area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a log of bids and distribute to buyers for pricing; transfer bids to spreadsheets for analysis.
• Solicit agencies for new bid opportunities.
• Create and maintain contracts for bids; analyze bids for profitability.
