You will coordinate inputs across procurement, supply chain, engineering, quality, finance, and other functions to ensure accurate, compliant submissions. The role includes analyzing historical pricing, supplier quotes, material and labor costs, and other cost elements to develop reasonable estimates,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with Supply Chain Proposals
• Procurement process knowledge/experience
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Experience with ERP
• Experience working with cross functional teams
• Ability to manage resources in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects with tight schedules
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal inputs across Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other functional teams to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant proposal submissions.
• Analyze historical pricing, supplier quotations, material costs, labor, escalation, quantities, and other cost elements to develop reasonable proposal estimates.
• Assist with proposal data collection, cost analysis, pricing models, and management reviews while maintaining documentation and auditability.
