Job summary

Example Corp is seeking a Project Manager - Reporting and Visualization to guide the Digital Analytics and Insights group. You will gather requirements, source data, and deliver reports and visualizations for stakeholders across the global Discovery organization.

You’ll design dashboards and reports, and continually improve BI capabilities. You will work with multiple teams to define scope, manage milestones, and ensure effective communication.

Qualifications

• A degree in IT, CS, engineering, business management or related field is required.
• 2+ years of BI analytics project management and leading virtual/global teams.
• Ability to define and drive projects to completion with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to present recommendations to senior management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads discussions across all phases of BI design lifecycle.
• Plans, manages and monitors key project milestones and metrics.
• Ensures objectives and scope are clearly defined to stakeholders and Analytics team.
• Effectively communicates status in meetings and written reports.
• Collaborates with BI leads to coordinate tools and methods.
• Ensures appropriate access and training for end users.
• Runs post-mortem analyses to capture improvements for future projects.
