Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of related work.
Experience in project reporting, analytics, or BI on EPC/EPCM projects.
Strong Bechtel project controls knowledge and reporting standards.
Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

Lead development and delivery of project and executive-level reports and dashboards.
Analyze cost, schedule, risk, and change data to identify trends and issues.
Integrate data from multiple project systems to automate reporting solutions.
Collaborate with Project Controls, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Startup teams.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across stakeholders.
Interface with leadership and client stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
Support standards, templates, and data quality improvements in reporting.
Mentor and supervise reporting personnel.
