Job summary

Example Corp in New York is seeking a Project Manager – Reporting and Visualization to collect requirements, source data, and deliver reports and compelling BI dashboards for global stakeholders.

You will lead BI design lifecycle discussions, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure dashboards are visually appealing and aligned with business goals, while maintaining clear communications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BI analytics project management experience.
• Ability to define, shape, and drive projects to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of dashboard aesthetics and look-and-feel.
• Experience with big data technologies is highly desired.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Leads discussions throughout all phases of the BI design lifecycle.
• Plans, manages and keeps control over key project milestones, metrics and effectiveness.
• Ensures objectives and scope are clearly defined and understood by stakeholders and Analytics team.
• Effectively manages internal communications in both verbal and written forms.
• Collaborates with other BI leads to coordinate tools and methods.
• Ensures appropriate access and training for end users.
• Runs post mortem analyses to capture improvement ideas.
